I 100% love & will vouch for this place. I have been coming here ever since I had my baby which he is now 4 months old. He’s growing so fast! Anyways, I purchased this a week ago & should’ve inspected it but I was in a bit of a rush. I get that it’s a thrift shop for clothing & not everything is going to be good but this is so upsetting.. Boohoo for the person who brought it in but this shouldn’t have happened & made it onto the floor to be sold! Mistakes happen, hopefully it’s avoided next time 🙂 (cut at the ankle of the footies)

This location has gone down hill the past few months. Prices have skyrocketed compared to other locations. On our recent trip, an employee rudely snapped at my three year old because she was standing in the way. I quickly pulled my daughter to the side, but felt it was unnecessary for the rude tone, especially since she was just standing there quiet and not touching anything. Even though it will be out of the way for us, we will be going to the Elk Grove or Arden locations from here on out.

Took a bag of items to sell, but the wait for turnaround was 4 hours! Would love it if they offered dropoff appointments where you could pickup the following day as well as the same day as I live quite a distance.

I have sold/shopped/traded at this location since 2019. Since the new owners have taken over, the vibe is so much more positive. The music is kid appropriate and the staff is kind and helpful. I didn’t hear any inappropriate conversations while checking out- which I used to hear. Nicole and her staff have done a great job! Thank you for the positive changes!

Highly recommend this store over any other Once Upon A Child in the area. The owner is super nice and the employees are ALWAYS helpful. The clothes are marked at a fair and reasonable price vs other stores I've been to have been priced more than if bought new. This is literally my go to. Kids grow so fast , buying clothes here is practical. 10/10 Love it here!
