This is a great store, prices for singles in binders were surprisingly market or below! They had some good accessories for collectors such as sleeves and binders, and staff are very nice and welcoming. I definitely did not get the snooty vibe of some other card shops in the Bay Area where it feels like you're inconveniencing staff just by being in the store.

Awesome selection of pokemon cards for very fair pricing & unlike some other shops - had a decent array in stock. Staff was super friendly and told me about their rewards program, which seemed super favorable and low effort for the customer.

I have been a loyal customer since this establishment first opened and have always had pleasant experiences. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The environment was unpleasant, and I received no assistance whatsoever. Instead, my boyfriend, who was there solely because of me, was the one being helped, despite having no idea what he was looking at. When I finally received some attention, the clerk directed all questions to my boyfriend, completely ignoring me even though I was the one responding. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also felt deeply misogynistic. I left feeling disrespected. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever be returning due to this unacceptable treatment.
