So, went to Professor Toy to purchase musical items for my great nephew. The only items available for his age were a drum and xylophone. The price on the item rang up $2 more then the original tag. The cashier attempted to honor the price tag on the item but it was not taken off. I wasn't going to return the three items purchased but decided to. This was my first and last time here! The cashier went over to the general manager Lisa and I could hear Lisa tell the cashier to just refund everything, we have plenty of other customers. WOW! If you are going to make comments about customers, make sure they can't hear you! I may be one person but word of mouth has a greater reach!

Great toy store tucked away in a strip mall. It's stocked with a variety of board games, outdoor toys, developmental toys, and legos. Very well organized - and I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions about purchases. Local toy shops are rare - and this is a gem that everyone should check out!

Very nice place with a staff full of good-hearted people. One gentleman was very respectful and greeted my family and I as we walked through the door and was even nice enough to give my kids balloons too on the way out. Keep up the good work. I will always support this toy store.

I was actually very pleased to visit this toy store now that Toys R Us is out of the picture. Not nearly as big as the former corporate giant but it definitely had toys and teaching supplies that are great for last minute Christmas toys for kids or for learning material respectfully. Thanks Professor Toy!

Such a cute toy store. I wasn't expecting much since my daughter is only a year old but there was a huge, fun selection to choose from. My husband was especially fond of all the rubics cubes and puzzles. Staff is also very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to spoil our little one

Best toy store I've probably ever been too. Small but yet large selection of varied Toys. Went in looking for a present for a 9 year old girl who was more interested in baking and science experiments and this place had more than enough options that fit the bit
