I just moved to Visalia, and have had a lot of difficulty. My boys ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day, to encourage me, and I never got them.
Instead of them taking responsibility for messing up, they ignored me. I sent them the confirmation number, and they kept saying they didn’t see it. There was no acknowledgement on their end, or any kind of compensation. A week after the order was placed, with no delivery, they just say they can’t find it, even though I showed proof of a confirmation email and order number.
Absolutely horrible.
Considering they have all 1s or 5s, I am guessing the ones are from actual customers, and the 5s are from their friends. Do not use this place.

Not a professional place and has terrible customer service. I had placed an order a week prior to the date I actually needed the flowers and even with that the florist was not able to fulfil my order! Flowers were not the colors I requested the corsage it self was sloppy. I would never recommend this place to anybody!! The florist had no compassion that these flowers were for a special event for my niece!

Great business and amazing customer service. Despite website order error owner personally made sure order was delivered on day it was meant for delivery despite the business being closed for that day. Will definitely be making all my future bouquet orders from this business and that can be assured.
