Love this store. Always such fun stuff. Tho their prices can be a bit high and their 21st bday stuff really sucked. Only time I've ever been disappointed here tho.

I bought a bouquet of balloons 2 days in advance because I knew I’d be too busy to come the day of the party…one balloon deflated the same day and the rest of the balloons are flat now. They said they won’t re-inflate them for me because they only do that within 24 hours…. I’ve bought a ton of balloon bouquets and none of them have deflated so fast. We usually end up popping them a week or two later. But 2 days later with zero customer service or concern?! Won’t go back there

Showed up at 8:29pm today to find the store closed. Sign outside says 9pm is the closing time. Might want to change that if it’s inaccurate.

Big store.. lots of good stuff. Definitely recommend it. The music playing in the store was crazy loud, but it's an awesome party supply store overall and most likely has what u need.
