Our trophy arrived at your shop via UPS on May 14, 2024, for an estimate of additional names, repairs and other upgrades it is 4 months and 3 days later and we are finally getting it returned.

You went on a 1-month vacation without even opening the package and did not inform me, your voice mail message is over a year old.

You or your wife did not return a single phone call or email. You made promises and did not keep them.

I gave you every benefit of the doubt and I was very patient. Do not be surprised when you see negative comments on social media.

This has been by far the worst experience I've had with any government or private business entity.

You and particularly your wife should be ashamed of your business conduct on this matter.

This was business malpractice

Let me start by saying they saved me!! My daughter got married yesterday 6/13/2019. On Monday, 3 days before the wedding I dropped off the cake server and knife to have it engraved. They were able to do it in such a short time and promised it would be ready Wednesday. With all the “To Do” things left I completely forgot to pick up the set. Thursday THEY CALLED ME regarding the set!!! Not only was the engraving beautiful, THEY made sure we had them for the wedding when I forgot. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Not only have I used them for trophies. I would just like to say thanks for the beautiful work engraving my parents urn’s . I brought in 3 urn’s last minute, they finished them the same day within hours. Friendly staff , beautiful work, I highly recommended them to everyone.

Quality control is a major issue as well as customer service. I coordinated a plaque to be made a month in advance and made two phone calls prior to the scheduled pick up date to ensure it would be completed in time and to verify that they received my email with the citation and image. I arrived on the scheduled pick up date and the plaque had simple grammar errors as well as burn marks from the laser. I told them of the errors and the man said he would fix it and have it completed tomorrow. I came back the following day to review the plaque and it had some of the corrections but still grammar errors. I told the lady of the errors and she seemed irritated at me for telling her that wishes isn't spelt "wishhes" and that they had forgotten an entire word. She told me she couldn't fix it that day and that it could be fixed the next day. So today, the third day I called to ask if it was ready and she told me she wouldn't have it until sometime in the afternoon because there were two orders in front of my order. I would have imagined an order that has already been delayed two days would have been the priority but that isn't the case with this place. This all could have been avoided if they had a simple quality control measure that verified the work they completed. It seems they just put the plaque in the machine and once it's complete they package whatever work was done without looking at what's been made. I will not use this place again due to their lack of customer service and quality control!

I'm finally ready to order my plaque. Have been calling 245-7614 repeatedly over the past week, because I was going to email a file to them to use to create the plaque, and I need to know where to send the email.

No callbacks, and all I ever get is voicemail. I'd seen the positive reviews and thought using them would be a good idea based on those reviews, but it's like they've completely disappeared off the face of the earth.

I'm super annoyed that I wasted a week trying to reach them. I've only spoken to a person once, a few weeks ago.
