I live out of state, away from my grandsons, so when I heard the youngest was sick, I ordered flowers from Diana's Flowers in Victorville. I ordered in the morning and by 11:30 am, they were delivered. WOW was he excited! Thank you Diana's Flowers for putting a big smile on his face and a long distance hug!.
I know the bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and delivered on time. Thank you so much!

I ordered a balloon bouquet for my son‘s 50th birthday, there was supposed to be 6 Mylar balloons, 3 ‘smiley face’ ones; 3 Mylar that said ‘happy birthday’ and six latex ones of various colors. What he got instead was all pink latex balloons with only two Mylar balloons. The order was clearly for a man because his name was listed and they decided to send him pink balloons! My order looked nothing like what I paid $80 for.

I tried to reach out to them, I left a voicemail and a text message and they are non responsive. I plan to notify the BBB for this fraudulent and unprofessional service.

Placed order online Mon 2/12/24 for delivery to my wife at work in Victorville for Valentine's Day on Wednesday. I ordered the premium mixed red roses, white tulips, etc in red glass vase and 3 Valentine themed Mylar balloons for $130 (Options to select specific balloons was unavailable). My wife said "The arrangement and presentation was beautiful. It was the best flower delivery I ever received". I'm 50 yrs old, I've purchased more flowers then I can remember. Diana's flowers were by far the best. $130 was a fair price for Valentine's Day just remember quality and service cost extra and definitely worth it. I will order again from Diana's flowers.

I had a very pleasant experience with staff at Diana’s flower shop. The young lady that helped me place my order was nice and open to my ideas on the wedding bouquet and bridal flowers. My order was ready at the time specified. The bouquet is beautiful I am very pleased with it.
