I bought a premium cigar inside a tube for me 22 dollars. As soon I got to my car to smoke my cigar I just bought. I open the tube the cigar came in it was crack and unable to be smoke. I when and ask if I could get a different cigar that’s not damage and I was denied for a non damage cigar. We’ll never return

Poor management went into this business today had the best customer service from the young lady working she had to call for a price because they don't put price tags on items we sat there while she called all for us to hear him yelling at her that he had another call what do you need she proceeded to ask him the prices and ended the call you can tell she was very embarrassed and apologized never will go again

Was happy that they are open between 10-11pm when I accidentally burnt my coil to a crisp... Be prepared to pay the price for a whole package of 5 but for a single coil only. When it's the only place open I guess your willing to pay but 3 coils shouldn't be almost $30. Learned my lesson though, keep backups and order online for way cheaper!

THEY LIED TO ME SAYING I WAS BUYING AND GETTING A PUFFCO AND WHEN I OPENED THE BOX IT WAS JUST AN ACCESSORY PIECE I WENT TO RETURN IT WITHIN 5 MINUTES I DID A U TURN AND WENT TO SHOW AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID NO RETURNS I WASN'T THE ONE SELLING I WAS THE ONE BUYING WHY CANT I HAVE MY MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT OR HAVE NO NEED FOR... THEN HAVING EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING OR HOW TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT....

I bought an elf bar here was was leaking out the bottom and completely defective, I didn’t take the top pice off yet and hit it. I walked right back in and mentioned it was no good but because the plastic was unsealed it was no longer available to replace. Other smoke shops have a great customer service response anf they typically replace it with no hesitation. So I bought a useless Elfbar. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
