Worst place ever. 30 plus trucks here plus docks full. Waiting and waiting I don't get it what's the point of having an appointment if they ignore you for hours and hours. I'm Soo done with places like this

Good place with good size lot. Guards don’t have common sense, So don’t expect anything. Friendly staff. Had a 5 pm appointment got here at 330 got a dock immediately. Loading time is minimum 3 hours.

I purchased a travel system on February 28, 2021, but somebody happened to buy me one that same day. I was unable to get ahold of anybody until the next day, to return it. I contacted Graco and even customer service couldn't return the item until it was shipped, which was weird. Finally i was able to get the system returned and the agent was able to have it rerouted back to Graco instead of it coming all the way to my house then me having to return it. I was notified on 3/3/21 that the package was delivered to the graco warehouse. I was previously told it would take 7 days to have the money refunded to my card. I contacted them 3/11/21 because i hadn't received my refund. I was told it was barely scanned into the warehouse on 3/10/21. So they took 7 days just to scan the return back in!! I had to wait 7 days for a refund. I contacted them after 10 days and didnt receive a response from the agent i previously talked to until a week or so later. In that time I tried contacting Graco again and still havent recieved a response... 4 days later!! I was just notified 3/29/21 that my refund was barely sent and it would take 3 billing cycles to return the money (i still have no idea what that is supposed to mean), but here i am, a month after returning the item and still havent received my refund. I will not be purchasing anything from graco again.

*update* I posted this review on their website and received an email stating it could not be published because it didn't meet their website standards. I also received my refund the day I posted the review. I guess you need to write bad reviews in order for them to do their jobs. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM

BEWARE!! After being scammed from an online purchase (which was a CAR SEAT FOR MY INFANT CHILD to make matters worse), my package was delivered to this location (17182 Nevada Ave, Victorville, CA) and signed for. I have the FedEx tracking info as well as the time it was delivered and proof of signature. POST AN ACTUAL WORKING NUMBER SO THAT YOU CAN BE CONTACTED AND THIS FRAUD BE REPORTED TO YOU, as it has already been to local authorities.

Worst customer service and process, they cancelled my order twice with only a late email notice. Couldn't give a solution to fix their mistake and then blamed me for the way they take addresss.
