925 Treats Ammanford what a lovely shop a great selection of jewellery, gifts for all occasions or just to treat yourself to something special because your worth it. I recently went in to look for a ring because I have very small fingers unfortunately the ring I wanted would have been a special order. While I was waiting for a member of staff to phone about the special order on the ring, I fell in love with a sheep footstools on sale at the store. I had to buy it and bring it home with me!
I am delighted with my purchase of the sheep footstool very well made excellent quality and very comfortable to put your feet up on.

Item bought was faulty and they refused a refund or exchange stating it was 'manufacturers fault' and 'not their problem'. Staff member was rude and had attitude. What they don't realise is that my son could've burnt himself because of this 'manufacturing fault'. Will think again before buying from this retailer. Really disappointing aftersales, especially considering I have spent a lot of money in various shops over the years.

Well what can I say, the staff went above and beyond for me when I bought some clothes in here recently! I was a VERY awkward customer, but nothing was too much trouble!
I love the clothes in this shop and when I moved to Tairgwaith, 3 months ago, I decided to by all my future clothes in here.
I certainly felt special and can't wait to see the new stock arriving. Such a special shopping experience.
Highly recommended.

Pink Thingy

Went to the treats in Ammanford with my daughter. we went our separate ways and the workers didn’t know i was her mother. we looked around on our own and we didn’t get anything. The workers were incredibly nosy in what my daughter was doing but not me. they kept following wherever she was and pretending to organise things and just followed her to make sure she wasn’t stealing. she told me she felt very uncomfortable and she didn’t get what she wanted because two staff were behind her constantly checking if she wasn’t stealing, but not a single worker was checking me. It makes customers feel uncomfortable if everywhere you go there’s ladies behind you fake organising stuff!

Never had a problem with this store before. However, I ordered something off the website 3 weeks ago and had an email to confirm that it had been dispatched a day later (22/11/2022)
I am still waiting for this item. I have contacted customer services via email and sent a message on Facebook over a week ago and am still waiting for a reply to both.

Such an amazing shop, has almost everything you could ask for with regards to gifts, jewellery and other lovely bits and bobs. They have expanded their clothes section recently and there is so much to choose from.

Been looking forward to visiting this shop for a while. Ordered an engraved nomination charm for a special birthday. drove 20+ miles to pick it up only to find it hasnt been done after paying upfront for it. Disappointed customer.

I am now happy to say that this matter has been resolved and am looking forward to shopping here again for special gifts.
