Great business and great owner. Jacob is an absolute gem. He'll work sweet deals and give good discounts on most of the items in his stores. The other employees are awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable on just about any item in the store. This is the smoke shop of my choice. I get the majority of my vape needs here, and I live in Santa Cruz and have to drive to Watsonville to shop here. The owners/employees are helpful and polite and genuinely seem more interested in getting you a product to best meet your needs rather than trying to sell you the most expensive thing they can find. I also appreciate the way they add up the total cost to a nice whole number. And the more you show up and spend with them, the better the deals get. 831 Smoke Shop remembers who its regular customers are and hook them up with unspoken prices and deals.
