I will recommend 2 Froggy Jumps to everyone! Their customer service was absolutely amazing. I reached out to them on a Saturday at 5:40 (they close at 6). The water slide I had planned, with a different company, for my daughter’s bday party that Sunday fell thru. When I did a live chat with Megan 20 mins before they closed I asked if there was anything they can do. She quickly responded, gave me clear instructions on how to submit the reservation and said no problem we will have a water slide there tomorrow morning. It wasn’t even 24 hour notice! Sure enough they were here at 7am and had it set up by 7:15. I cannot thank them enough and will only rent from them from now on!

We rented the train for my sons 4th birthday party and it’s was a huge hit! The kids absolutely loved it and enjoyed all three hours of fun. The operator was very friendly and accommodating. He even helped set up cones to block off our road. Thanks for everything!

Our experience renting a mechanical bull for a HS graduation party was exceptional throughout the entire process. Very professional. Detailed information provided. Timely. Helpful customer service when calling several times with questions. The day of the event went very smoothly, and we were very impressed with our experience. When our event staff (Kevin) mentioned it was a family-run business, it did not surprise me. It was obvious that there is pride and quality service behind this business. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service! Ordered and paid online for tables and chairs for an event I am having . The process seemed to be easy. About a half hour later a received a called stating they were canceling my order (delivery) because I didn’t order a tent or bounce house with that order. No where on the website does it say you need to do that in order to have these items delivered. I live relatively close so it’s not like they are driving cross country. I’m shocked that a rental business would pick and choose what they are willing to rent. It was a decent size order. Their loss!!! My daughter cancelled her bounce house for the following week for their lack of customer service!!
