Place is much better organized, cleaner, and games are much easier to find now that most are in alphabetical order. Staff is friendly, and the owner will work with you on trade-ins and purchasing if you buy multiple items. Hours are more stable as well from 12noon till 7pm daily. Once in a while they are 5-10 minutes late but I'm sure they'll fix that 😉

Me and my son go to 1up games frequently. We enjoy the selection and there’s always something new coming in. We recently bought a silver GameCube and it works great! They always test their products before they sell them. They also have a rewards system that you can use to get the games you want cheaper. Another benefit about this place is that the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Been coming here for years ; Staff is honestly hit or miss, the layout is pretty good as of the time writing this, while I do know they’re trying to make a profit, the price estimates are insane for when you have something worth a lot more, but then they turn around and say they can only do half of that or even less then half. Game buying wise, pricing makes sense here in there, but having some games in plastic wrapping and calling it “mint” and pricing it $50 more then what it actually goes for is insane. If you’re coming here for casual games, great place to buy them. But more expensive titles? Probably not.

My fiance and I went here to sell some of his old games. We went to our local GameStop first but they couldn't take them since his games are now considered retro. Amazing video game store! Tobey is the man there. All of the guys are respectful and attentive. I’m happy I was able to get my hands on a PS2 after so many years. Thank you for bringing back memories. I highly recommend this place!
