The best frame store on the North Shore! Great service and top-notch advice on frames and mats every time. More than that, though, the folks here respect what customers’ pieces mean to them. I recently brought in two very large needlepoint tapestries that took me years to complete. The tapestries were part of a trilogy, along with a piece I had framed a decade ago. The Frame Gallery blocked and mounted newer tapestries, then created frames to match the 10-year-old piece. Such great customer care!

Very disappointed, I went there with my hand painted 3 big paintings for custom framing. it was around 12:00 afternoon 12 April. He was helping me but in the meantime 2 white ladies came and this guy (owner) completely ignored me and start helping them showing them the whole shop I waited about 45 minutes so that he will finish with them and start helping me back. I wants to have some more choices too, But he told me sorry I can’t help you. That was so rude I never felt so much humiliated. I was alone felt like crying , he thought I was wasting his time or I can’t afford to buy his expensive frames, May be because of my appearance or my language. I bought so many frames for my paintings previously I am from well established family My husband is business man too even he can buy his whole shop , Sorry I’m not a person to put these kind of reviews for any small businesses but this guy pushed me, I’m an Artist. that was RUDE AND RACES , He need to learn manners and good salesmanship with equality

Beautiful, that’s my experience with all the artwork framed by Frame Gallery. From fine art to photographs and my own paintings, Ed and his staff are imaginative and knowledgeable and always match frame to art perfectly. Relying on a vast collection of frames and styles, the result is always striking. Nice people who truly care, I give them my highest recommendation and would never go anywhere else.

We had a framed mola that fell off the wall on our boat. We took it in to Frame Gallery and they repaired the frame and used special plexiglass. Turned out superb! We ended up delaying our departure from Port Washington so we took another mola in for framing. AGAIN, superb!! Nice folks, acceptable prices and just darn good finished products! Very satisfied!

We have used Framers Outlet for years now. I went into the shop years ago to frame a small photo and immediately made a connection with the owner. Through the years we've purchased everything from small family photo frames, framed mirrors, had a custom lucite frame made for my son's sport jersey, larger framed artwork and consulted with Ed in many design ideas for our home. They frame everything from small pieces to large artwork. The shop also assists in choosing artwork for your home. Ed, the owner, is a true professional. He is an artist/expert in framing and design. Ed is very knowledgeable and makes himself available to all his customers. Framers Outlet is highly recommended.
